Heavy duty Die Cutting
Machine comes with specially designed
Electromagnetic Clutch & Brake Unit.
These electromagnetic clutch & brake units are designed to ensure
quick action of brake without vibration of any moving parts of machine &
synchronization with both clutch & brake unit with latest
techniques.
» The sharpest accuracy is a major
driving force in the history of machine evolution.
- To keep uniform pressure of right & left side in microns we
introduced Micro Pressure Adjuster. It plays key role to cut
sheets precisely in microns.
- To keep uniform pressure up & down, the company has
introduced hardened ground special treated Steel Rails.
- To keep uniform pressure on complete platen, Century Machines
have come up with imported Hardened Impression Plate.

- Platen Wide opening of platen to simplifies operation of
feeding, which major role to minimize make ready timings and fixing
chase easily due to sufficient gap between chase & plate.
- Color & Finishing Colour of machine is done with
special grade pigments & special thinner (duco). Special
workmanship of machines are done in-house with own casting furnace
to maintain ultimate quality.
